How long does shipping take for emergency supplies?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the weight of bulk food kits and water supplies, some orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure safe arrival.
What is your return policy on survival gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on long-term food storage or water filtration systems once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PrepSOS ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide global shipping for our survival kits in the near future.
Are the food kits suitable for specific dietary needs?
Yes, we carry a variety of emergency food options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free selections. Please check the 'Nutritional Info' tab on each product page for specific ingredient lists.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your PrepSOS account.
