Introducing our 16" Impulse Bag Sealer, designed with precision and durability in mind. With a voltage of 110V and a sealing width of 3mm, it can handle a maximum hot seal length of 16" (400mm) and a maximum hot seal thickness of 0.8mm. Included are 4 free replacement spare parts, consisting of 2 flat wires for sealing and 2 round wires for sealing with cutting, allowing you to easily remove excess plastic after sealing.
The heat sealer machine features a sturdy iron shell, ensuring superior durability compared to standard plastic sealers. Equipped with built-in precision circuit controls and a fuse, it offers reliable performance. The 8-level adjustable timer allows for sealing bags of different thicknesses and materials.
Using the manual impulse sealer is both easy and safe. Simply press down the handle to activate the machine. The LED indicator will turn on, indicating the sealer is active. It melts one layer of plastic to another, creating a strong and permanent seal. After approximately 1-3.5 seconds, the LED indicator will turn off, and the power will automatically cut off, completing the sealing process.
