Rainy Day Foods Dehydrated Apple Slices 4 oz. #2.5 Can - 4 Servings

Dehydrated apple slices make great apple pies or simply eat them as a snack. They can be added to trail mix, cooked cereal  or even muffins.  Because of the little amount of moisture in them they are perfect for food storage and emergency preparedness. Do not go without apples in your food storage.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Cover apples with hot water (approximately 1/2 cup apple to 3/4 cup water). Allow to stand for 30 minutes. stir occasionally. If cooked apples are desired, bring apples and water to a boil and simmer until tender. For use in pies, add sweetener and spices. Great for trail mixes, snacks or any recipe where apple is wanted.
