Our natural hard white wheat is a versatile product to have on hand. This is a high protein wheat which is a great way of getting your protein in your diet. Natural hard white wheat can be ground into flour to use to make your homemade bread. This wheat can also be used to make your wheat berry cereal breakfast, a great way to start off your day by adding protein in your diet! This can also store for a very long period of time when stored properly. This is a must have for your long term food storage.

Packaging: This item is packed inside a Mylar bag and then that bag is put inside a 5-gallon pail. If your pail arrives "sucked in," this can be normal due to changes in elevation during transit. If this happens to your bucket simple open the seal to the lid to "reinflate" the pail, then put the lid back on. This will NOT shorten the shelf life of the product as it doesn't affect the Mylar bag and will still keep rodents out.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 30 years.

Directions: Grind for flour. May be used in sprouting or making cereal.

Ingredients: Low moisture, high protein hard white wheat- chemical free. No preservative added
