Our whip topping is a wonderful base to use for your favorite desserts and breakfast food. This topping is great to have on hand when you are having your favorite bowl of mixed berries. Use it to top strawberry shortcake. This topping is great to have on hand because when you want to have crepes in the morning, or waffles, you can top them with your favorite berry or sweet topping along with a nice dollop of whip topping. This powder is as delicious as it is easy to use. A need for your long term food storage-not just a luxury!
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Combine 1 cup mix with 7oz. (7/8 cup) ice water. Beat on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated after mixed. Yield: 1 cup dry powder yields four 2/3 cups servings. Leftover whipped topping can be reconstituted to a light fluffy consistency by adding a small amount of ice water and rewhipping.
For Frosting: Combine 1 cup mix with 4 oz. water. Beat on high speed until smooth. Add 1 tsp. cocoa and tsp. sugar for chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, palm kernel oils), propylene glycol monostearate and/or acetic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, monoglycerides, salt, tetra sodium pyrophosphate, dipotassium phosphate, natural and artificial vanilla flavor
